Puppy Grooms (up to 6 months old)
Our specialised puppy grooming sessions help introduce your puppy to the world of being groomed.
This is where they will get used to standing on a table, being bathed and blow dried in preparation for a full groom.
We recommend starting puppy grooming from their second vaccination.
Your puppy will receive the following:
A bath & blow dry, brush, trim of eyes and hygiene areas, a trim of the pads, nail clip and ear clean. Finished with a spritz of cologne, a bandana and a puppy certificate.
And of course lots of treats and cuddles thrown in.

Full Grooms
Our Full Groom packages are available to all dogs that require a hair cut.
At a full groom appointment we will assess your dogs coat to ensure the cut you require can go ahead. If we find your dog is matted we will advise you on the best cut for your dog to ensure ease of grooming and welfare of your dog.
A full groom consists of:
A hair cut of owners choice (unless we advise different due to coat condition). A bath, blow dry, ear clean, nail clip and a spritz of cologne.
We tailor all products and environment to your dogs needs. Should your dog have allergies that’s no problem, we can bath them in a sensitive medicated shampoo to help ease sore skin.
If you have a nervous or anxious dog then we can provide a calming environment taking the time we need to complete a groom.
And of course with lots of cuddles and treats thrown in.

Bath, Brush & De-shed
Our bath, brush & de-shed service is for those double coated dogs.
Our high velocity dryers, specialised deshedding shampoo and tools helps to remove dirt and clogged undercoat from your dogs fur. Leaving a silky shiny coat.
We recommend getting your double coated dog groomed every 8-10 weeks to help them keep knot free and shed less.
Your dog will receive the following:
A de-shed brush, a nourishing bath in a specialised de-shedding shampoo, a De-shed blow dry to ensure there’s no secondary dampness from the undercoat, a trim and tidy where needed, a nail clip, ear clean and a spritz of cologne.

Teeth Cleaning
General teeth cleaning
For those dogs that require a general teeth brush we offer a groom add on for just £8. This includes a general teeth brush and breath freshener spray. Perfect for dogs of all ages with good oral hygiene.
Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning
For those dogs who require a more intensive teeth clean we offer an ultrasonic teeth cleaning package, this is split into 3 or 5 45 minute sessions. We use a specialist ultrasonic brush and tools to remove hard plaque, The ultrasonic waves loosens hard plaque and penetrates the gums killing bacteria, leavening your dog with a smile to be proud of and banishing that stinky breath.

Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or rearrange a groom. If 24 hours is not given you will be the full grooming fee. If you do not show for a grooming appointment you will be charged the full grooming price. These fees will need to be paid before your next appointment.
Matted dogs will incur an additional fee on the groom price of a minimum of £10
ALL QUOTES GIVEN ARE SUBJECT TO YOUR DOGS COAT CONDITION AND TEMPERAMENT, IF YOUR DOGS COAT IS MATTED SEVERELY AND REQUIRES A SURGICAL CLIP OR YOUR DOG IS NERVOUS OF BEING GROOMED, GROOMING CAN TAKE LONGER THIS WILL INCREASE THE GROOMING PRICE, ALL CUSTOMERS WILL BE INFORMED BEFORE THE GROOM TAKES PLACE!
